Good location, close to the market and easily accessible by auto rickshaws. . Decent room service with helpful staff. Convenient for emergency stays.
Rooms were not very clean. . Problems with the heater and hot water.

Perfect for vacation. Brilliant place for your vacations in Katra. We really enjoyed the fact that we chose Shakti Residency. The location was not far from everything we wanted to do

The hotel is conveniently located, just a short distance from the market, making it easily accessible for shopping and exploring the city. Guests can easily find auto rickshaws to get around.
The cleanliness of the rooms leaves much to be desired.

During our Christmas stay, we enjoyed the beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and the cozy atmosphere of the rooms. The hotel is conveniently located near the market and we were able to easily explore the city's attractions. We appreciated the friendly and helpful staff who made our stay comfortable.
There were a few things that could be improved. The rooms were not as clean as we would have liked and the heating system didn't work properly.
